Sweeptakes Rules
Official rules of the "Ezüsthajó Sweeptakes"

Organizer of the sweepstakes:
Ezüsthajó Kereskedelmi Kft.

(hereinafter: Organizer)

1. Duration of the game
The game runs from October 1, 2025, 00:00 to October 30, 2025, 23:59.

2. Participants
The game is open to natural persons who are Hungarian citizens, have a domestic address, and are over 18 years of age. Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives are not eligible to participate in the game.

3. Conditions for participation
Participation in the game is free. Players participate in the draw by registering on the online registration interface provided by the Organizer. During registration, the player is obliged to provide real data.

4. Prizes
The prizes are as follows:

• 1 car compressor fridge
• 3 electric rice cookers
• 1 capsule coffee machine
• 1 mini air blower
• 1 car cup holder and warmer
• 1 LOTUS dashboard care kit
• 1 LOTUS upholstery cleaning kit
• 2 gas cartridges 393 ml (4-piece pack)

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.

5. Draw
The draw will take place on October 31, 2025, via live online broadcast on TikTok. The draw will be conducted using a random number generator. The draw will be supervised by a three-member draw committee, which will prepare a report on the regularity of the process. No alternate winners will be drawn.

6. Notification of winners
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during registration within 5 business days following the draw. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 10 days, their eligibility for the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will become void.

7. Prize collection
Prizes can be collected in person at the Organizer's registered office or by post, as chosen by the winner. In case of postal delivery, the Organizer will bear the delivery costs.

8. Data management
Personal data provided during participation in the game will be processed by the Organizer for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes, notifying winners, and handing over prizes. In addition, by giving their consent, participants agree that their data may be used by the Organizer for marketing purposes (sending newsletters, offers, promotions). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

9. Miscellaneous provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules, which will be immediately published to participants. By participating in the game, participants automatically accept the provisions of these rules.

• conducting the sweepstakes, notifying winners, and handing over prizes,

• The consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Duration of data processing:

• Data required for the game: for 60 days following the end of the game.
• Data processing for marketing purposes: until consent is withdrawn.

Data transfer:

• The Organizer will not transfer personal data to third parties, except for the courier service delivering the prizes.

Rights of data subjects:

• Participants can request the rectification, erasure, or restriction of their data, object to data processing, and lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
