Declaration of withdrawal
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased and is within 14 days of order, you may withdraw from purchase, Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.).
Ifasked by home deliveryI ask the ordered product then to follow the following:
- Download the data sheet then print out
- Enter your own (buyer) and products, readily
- Place the signed and printed copy next to the package to be returned.
- Send us the package you want to return with courier service, (1239. Budapest Ócsai út 1-3. Convoy Truck Shop)with a statement of withdrawal(We cannot refund a shipping fee in this case),or bring it to one of our business.
- After receiving the package, we will refund the purchase price of the product and the amount of shipping costs on the original account.
