Shipping regulations

General information

• If you have a larger purchase, request a unique offer at tamas.hornok@convoy.hu!
• The expected delivery time of the products in stock is 2-3 business days, but a maximum of 1 week.
• Delivery time with Magyar Posta logistics is 7-15 business days.
• For products that are not in stock, our staff will contact the customer and inform him of the expected delivery time.
• Our transport fees are valid when shipping to Hungary.
• Foreign transportation is subject to charge regardless of value and weight limit. Inquire about the exact amount of the shipping at our customer service.
• From 2023.07.01, with a cash on delivery order over $ 300,000, only credit card payment is possible at the courier.
• In all cases, Magyar Posta's shipping fee is charged to a gross 2000 HUF logistics premium.

Delivery with courier service, free of charge

• Products purchased in our webshop will be delivered free of charge in Hungary for a net order of over HUF 23,622 (gross 30.000 HUF) and below 50 kg. Over 50 kg, a shipping fee is charged. Inquiries about this at +36705031916 or in case of credit card payment by Credit Credit Credit Credit Courts.
• If the value of the order reaches or exceeds gross HUF 30,000 and is below 50 kg, the payment is made by credit card in the webshop, then the delivery is free of charge and nothing has to be paid at the courier!

Delivery with courier with cash on delivery(Payment by cash or credit card at courier)

• Products purchased in our webshop will be shipped by cash on delivery in Hungary, in which case the order value can be paid in cash or by credit card at the courier when receiving the package.
• The net users (consumers) buying in the webshop will be delivered to the net for free of charge and below 50 kg of or net $ 23.622 (gross 30.000 HUF)!
• In case of cash on delivery, the following shipping fees are charged to the orders below 23.622Ft (gross 30.000 HUF):

Delivery with Courier Service, in case of credit card payment in webshop

• If you do not pay at the courier but choose the credit card payment method in our webshop, then the delivery fee is lower!
• The net users (consumers) buying in the webshop will be delivered to the net for free of charge and below 50 kg of or net $ 23.622 (gross 30.000 HUF)!
• Orders below $ 23,622 (gross $ 30,000) will be charged by the following shipping fees for pre -deposited and credit card payment:
