This versatile 12V battery charger is designed to be safely used with various battery types and applications. The device is easy to operate, thanks to its clear display and intuitive icons. Temperature compensation automatically adjusts the charging profile when the ambient temperature changes below 10°C or above 27°C, further protecting the battery. Multiple modes can be selected on the user interface, allowing for safe charging of standard vehicle batteries, AGM/GEL, motorcycle, or LiFePO4 batteries. During use, the battery charger displays accurate and real-time information about temperature, charging voltage, and current.
One of the charger's outstanding features is its dedicated repair mode, which aids in the regeneration of sulfated or weakened batteries. This function applies pulsating charging, indicated by "PUL" on the display, and aims to restore the cells to make the battery usable again. If the device detects that the repair process is unsafe, it automatically ceases operation. The robust design and built-in thermal protection contribute to long-term reliability. A practical mode selector button allows the user to quickly and accurately set the desired process, while the battery charger clearly displays all important messages.
The device also supports a power supply mode, which can be used as a DC power source for various 12-24V applications, such as powering cooler boxes or smaller electronic devices. This function can be activated separately and is indicated by "SUP" on the display when the power supply is active. The 9-step charging process gently and precisely charges the battery from desulfation all the way to float and maintenance charging, thus ensuring a longer lifespan. The child lock function helps prevent accidental setting changes, increasing safe use. In addition to all this, the battery charger supports the user with detailed error messages if it detects connection or battery problems.
